2. Regulatory Framework Governing the Activities

– the General Data Protection Regulation, known as the GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679.

The travel services presented or proposed through JB VOYAGE are handled within the framework of partnerships with operators registered in the register of travel and stay operators maintained by Atout France.

JB VOYAGE does not act as a travel operator in its own name for tourism services falling within the scope of the French Tourism Code. Its role is to assist the client in clarifying their project, gather the necessary information, coordinate exchanges, and transmit the request to the competent registered partner.

2.1. Individual Custom Travel Activity — WORLDIA Partner

For individual custom travel projects, excluding groups of more than 8 travelers, JB VOYAGE works in particular with:

2.2. Group Travel Activity for 8 or More Travelers — ENVIE D’AILLEURS Partner

For group travel projects involving 8 or more travelers, JB VOYAGE acts as Travel Designer, coordinator, and commercial point of contact for the client, in partnership with:

– assuming the role of organizer within the meaning of the French Tourism Code.

JB VOYAGE intervenes upstream and throughout the follow-up of the project as designer, coordinator, facilitator, and commercial point of contact, without replacing the registered partner.

2.3. Cruise Activity — ENVIE D’AILLEURS Partner

JB VOYAGE assists travelers in clarifying, preparing, and transmitting their cruise project requests.

Cruise projects are handled through an Atout France-registered partner, in particular:

In the context of cruise projects, JB VOYAGE acts as a professional intermediary, advisor, coordinator, Travel Designer, and business introducer.

JB VOYAGE assists the client in expressing their requirements, gathers the information necessary to assess the project, and transmits the request to the competent registered partner for the preparation of the quote, any subsequent contractual process, collection of funds, issuance of travel documents, and operational management of the file.

The applicable pricing, contractual, cancellation, amendment, payment, insurance, and liability terms are those communicated by the registered partner and/or by the cruise company concerned prior to any booking.

2.4. Professional Liability Insurance — Tourism

JB VOYAGE is insured for its tourism-related activities with:

Limit of coverage: €1,500,000 per insurance period

This insurance covers the declared activities of JB VOYAGE within the limits, terms, conditions, exclusions, coverage caps, and deductibles set out in the policy.

2.5. Clarification of the Role of JB VOYAGE

JB VOYAGE does not collect funds from travelers in respect of tourism services operated by its registered partners, unless a specific contractual arrangement has been expressly provided for with the partner concerned.

JB VOYAGE does not directly issue travel documents falling within the scope of the registered tourism operator. Such documents are issued by the competent partner or by the relevant service providers, according to the conditions applicable to the file.

JB VOYAGE does not guarantee the availability, price, or conditions of any service before express confirmation by the registered partner, validation of the quote, transmission of the necessary documents, and payment in accordance with the applicable terms.
