These General Terms of Service and Sale, hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms,” set out the conditions under which JB VOYAGE – SASU provides its services, including in particular:
– tourist concierge services;
– the presentation, booking, and/or management of short-term accommodations;
– support, advice, and coordination for travel projects;
– support, advice, and transmission of cruise project requests;
– activities as a professional intermediary, Travel Designer, coordinator, and business introducer in the tourism sector.
Use of the website https://www.jbvoyage.com, any request for a quote, any contact, any booking, or any validation of a service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms, without prejudice to any specific terms applicable to each service, platform, partner, or tourism operator concerned.
These General Terms do not replace the general and special terms and conditions of sale of Atout France-registered partners, booking platforms, property owners, cruise companies, airlines, insurers, activity providers, or any other professional involved in the performance of a service.

JB VOYAGE carries out, in particular, concierge services, the management and commercialization of short-term accommodations, as well as support, coordination, advisory, and business introduction activities in the tourism sector.
2. Purpose of the General Terms
The purpose of these General Terms is to define the rights and obligations of JB VOYAGE and its clients in connection with:
– browsing the website;
– booking short-term accommodations;
– providing concierge services;
– supporting individual travel projects;
– supporting group travel projects;
– supporting cruise projects;
– introducing clients to professional tourism partners;
– using forms, booking links, partner links, or affiliate links made available on the website.
3. Distinction Between JB VOYAGE’s Activities
JB VOYAGE carries out several distinct types of activities.
3.1. Short-Term Accommodations and Concierge Services
For short-term accommodations, JB VOYAGE may act, depending on the case:
– as commercial manager;
– as concierge service provider;
– as the traveler’s point of contact;
– as agent or service provider for the property owner;
– or as booking coordinator.
The terms applicable to each accommodation, including rates, availability, cleaning fees, security deposits, check-in and check-out times, cancellation conditions, and occupancy rules, are those communicated at the time of booking.
3.2. Custom Travel, Group Travel, and Cruises
For travel, stays, tours, cruises, or tourism services falling within the scope of the French Tourism Code, JB VOYAGE acts as a professional intermediary, Travel Designer, coordinator, advisor, and/or business introducer.
JB VOYAGE does not act, in its own name, as a travel operator for tourism services falling within the scope of the French Tourism Code. These services are contracted, paid for, and operated by professional partners registered in the register of travel and stay operators maintained by Atout France.
4. Role of JB VOYAGE in Travel and Cruise Projects
In the context of travel or cruise projects, JB VOYAGE may in particular:
– listen to and analyze the client’s requirements;
– collect the information required to assess the project;
– advise the client on the overall coherence of the project;
– direct the client to a competent professional partner;
– transmit the request to an Atout France-registered partner;
– provide commercial follow-up of the file;
– facilitate communication between the client and the partner;
– assist the client in understanding the proposals received.
JB VOYAGE does not guarantee the availability, price, cancellation conditions, amendment conditions, or feasibility of a trip before express confirmation by the competent partner.
Quotes, proposals, availability, and rates may change until they have been expressly confirmed by the partner concerned, approved by the client, and, where applicable, secured by the required payment in accordance with the applicable terms.
5. Atout France-Registered Tourism Partners
5.1. Individual Custom Travel — WORLDIA Partner
For individual custom travel projects, excluding groups consisting of more than 8 travelers, JB VOYAGE works in particular with:

In this context, JB VOYAGE acts as a professional intermediary, advisor, coordinator, and business introducer.
Travel contracts are entered into between the client and WORLDIA, in accordance with WORLDIA’s general and special terms and conditions of sale. WORLDIA is responsible for entering into contracts, collecting funds, issuing travel documents, providing technical follow-up of the file, handling any amendment or cancellation requests, providing destination assistance, and managing after-sales services falling within its remit.
JB VOYAGE does not collect funds from travelers for trips operated by WORLDIA.
5.2. Group Travel and Cruises — ENVIE D’AILLEURS Partner
For group travel projects involving 8 or more travelers and for cruise projects, JB VOYAGE works in particular with:

In this context, JB VOYAGE acts as a professional intermediary, Travel Designer, coordinator, advisor, and business introducer.
Group travel and cruise projects are handled by ENVIE D’AILLEURS / EURL GETTO EVASION, which is responsible in particular for entering into contracts, collecting funds, issuing travel documents, communicating the applicable contractual terms, and assuming the role of organizer within the meaning of the French Tourism Code.
JB VOYAGE assists the client in expressing their requirements, transmits the request to the competent partner, and, where applicable, provides commercial follow-up of the file, without replacing the registered partner.
6. Terms Applicable to Tourism Services Operated by Partners
Tourism services offered through JB VOYAGE are subject to the general and special terms and conditions of sale of the registered partner concerned.
These terms may cover, in particular:
– booking procedures;
– payment terms;
– confirmation deadlines;
– documents required for booking;
– administrative formalities;
– cancellation conditions;
– amendment conditions;
– insurance offered;
– partner liability;
– fees applicable in the event of changes or cancellation;
– conditions specific to airlines, cruise companies, accommodation providers, insurers, or local service providers.
Before any final validation, the client must read the contractual documents communicated by the partner concerned.
7. No Collection of Tourism Funds by JB VOYAGE
Unless a specific contractual arrangement has been expressly provided for with a partner, JB VOYAGE does not collect funds from travelers for tourism services operated by its Atout France-registered partners.
Payments relating to trips, stays, tours, cruises, or package travel are made directly to the competent partner, in accordance with the terms set out in the quote, travel contract, or applicable special conditions.
JB VOYAGE may receive remuneration, a commission, or a retrocession from its partners in respect of its business introduction, advisory, coordination, or commercial follow-up activities. Such remuneration is paid by the partner in accordance with the agreements entered into between professionals.
8. Travel or Cruise Quote Requests
Any quote request made via the website, a form, WhatsApp, email, telephone, social network, or any other communication channel does not constitute a firm booking.
A quote request only enables JB VOYAGE to collect the information required to assess the project and, where applicable, to transmit the request to the competent partner.
A quote may require several items of information, including:
– identity of the travelers;
– number of travelers;
– ages of children, teenagers, or infants;
– desired dates;
– intended destination;
– indicative budget;
– type of stay sought;
– expected level of comfort;
– specific requirements;
– identity documents required for booking;
– medical, administrative, or logistical constraints brought to the attention of JB VOYAGE.
No availability, rate, or option is guaranteed until the competent partner has confirmed the proposal and the client has validated the file in accordance with the applicable procedures.
9. Booking Short-Term Accommodations
9.1. Booking Procedures
Accommodation may be booked:
– directly via the JB VOYAGE website;
– via a partner platform;
– via an external booking channel;
– or by contacting JB VOYAGE directly.
The booking is deemed confirmed only after validation of the applicable conditions, transmission of the required information, and payment in accordance with the terms indicated at the time of booking.
9.2. Specific Conditions for Each Accommodation
Each accommodation may be subject to specific conditions, particularly regarding:
– the rate;
– cleaning fees;
– tourist tax;
– security deposit;
– maximum capacity;
– check-in and check-out times;
– rules relating to children;
– rules relating to pets;
– rules relating to events;
– conditions of access to facilities;
– cancellation conditions;
– house rules.
In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the specific conditions displayed at the time of booking, the specific booking conditions shall prevail.
10. Payment for Accommodations and Direct Services
For accommodations or services booked directly with JB VOYAGE, payment may be made, depending on the case, by:
– bank card;
– bank transfer;
– secure payment link;
– booking platform;
– or any other payment method offered at the time of booking.
Depending on the case, payments may be collected:
– by JB VOYAGE;
– by a partner platform;
– by the property owner;
– or by any service provider designated at the time of booking.
The payment terms, deposit, balance, security deposit, and refund conditions are those indicated at the time of booking.
11. Prices, Taxes, and Additional Charges
Prices are stated in euros, including all applicable taxes where relevant, unless otherwise indicated.
Additional charges may apply depending on the booking, including:
– cleaning fees;
– tourist tax;
– service fees;
– administration fees;
– security deposit;
– fees related to late arrival;
– fees related to damage;
– fees related to unauthorized occupancy;
– fees related to non-compliance with the house rules.
These charges are communicated to the client before validation of the booking or in the applicable specific conditions.
12. Accommodation Cancellation Conditions
The applicable cancellation conditions are those communicated at the time of booking.
They may vary depending on:
– the type of accommodation;
– the stay period;
– the platform used;
– the rate selected;
– the cancellation deadline;
– the conditions imposed by the property owner or partner platform.
In the event of cancellation by the client, any applicable fees shall be calculated in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of booking.
Where the booking is made via a partner platform, the cancellation conditions of that platform shall apply as a matter of priority.
13. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport services, catering services, or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Consequently, unless expressly provided otherwise, bookings for short-term accommodations, tourism services, cruises, activities, or dated services do not benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The applicable cancellation conditions remain those communicated at the time of booking or by the partner concerned.
14. Accommodation Check-In and Check-Out
Unless otherwise indicated in the specific conditions of the accommodation:
Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out: before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and expressly accepted by JB VOYAGE or by the competent manager.
Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.
15. Occupancy of Accommodation
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the number of persons stated at the time of booking.
Any additional person, even temporarily, must be subject to prior written approval.
The client undertakes to comply with:
– the maximum capacity of the accommodation;
– the peace and quiet of the neighborhood;
– the house rules;
– the facilities made available;
– safety rules;
– check-in and check-out times;
– instructions communicated before or during the stay.
Parties, events, gatherings, noise disturbances, unlawful activities, or any use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the accommodation are prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance and in writing.
16. Use of the Accommodation and Traveler Liability
The client undertakes to use the accommodation peacefully, carefully, and in accordance with its intended purpose.
The client undertakes in particular to:
– respect the premises;
– use the facilities in accordance with their normal purpose;
– immediately report any damage, incident, or malfunction;
– not move or damage the equipment;
– not disturb the neighborhood;
– not smoke in unauthorized areas;
– comply with instructions relating to swimming pools, terraces, parking areas, access points, and sensitive facilities;
– return the accommodation in proper condition.
Any damage, missing item, misuse, or breach of the house rules may result in a deduction from the security deposit or additional invoicing.
17. Swimming Pools, Outdoor Facilities, and Safety
Where the accommodation has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace, garden, sea access, or any other outdoor facility, the client acknowledges that such facilities must be used carefully and responsibly.
Children remain at all times under the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults.
The presence of a swimming pool or leisure facility requires constant vigilance. Children, particularly young children, must never be left unsupervised.
JB VOYAGE shall not be held liable for any accident resulting from lack of supervision, reckless use, failure to comply with instructions, or inappropriate behavior by the client or occupants.
18. Included and Optional Services
Depending on the accommodation or service booked, certain services may be included or offered as options, including:
– household linen;
– internet access;
– cleaning;
– assistance during the stay;
– welcome service;
– local advice;
– welcome baskets;
– local experiences;
– transfers;
– activities;
– personalized services.
The included services are those expressly stated in the listing, quote, booking confirmation, or applicable specific conditions.
Any service not expressly included may be subject to additional billing.
19. Concierge Services
JB VOYAGE may offer or coordinate concierge services, either directly or through partners.
These services may include, depending on the case:
– welcoming travelers;
– coordinating the stay;
– practical assistance;
– organizing additional services;
– putting clients in touch with local service providers;
– coordinating services related to the accommodation;
– services for property owners.
Concierge services intended for property owners shall be subject to a separate agreement, quote, mandate, or contract.
JB VOYAGE is only responsible for services it performs directly. Where a service is performed by a third-party provider, responsibility for performance lies with the provider concerned.
20. Partner Links, External Platforms, and Affiliation
The JB VOYAGE website may contain links to partner platforms, external service providers, companies, insurers, activity platforms, booking tools, or affiliate links.
These links may redirect, in particular, to providers of transport, accommodation, vehicle rentals, activities, excursions, insurance, or other tourism services.
Where the client books directly with a third party via an external link, the contract is entered into directly between the client and that third party. The applicable general terms, privacy policies, payment conditions, cancellation conditions, and liability rules are those of the third party concerned.
JB VOYAGE may receive an affiliate commission or business introduction commission when the client uses certain partner links, without this necessarily resulting in any additional cost to the client, unless otherwise indicated by the provider concerned.
21. Liability of JB VOYAGE
JB VOYAGE undertakes to provide information that is as accurate, clear, and up to date as possible regarding the services, accommodations, partners, and offers presented.
However, JB VOYAGE shall not be held liable in the event of:
– an error or omission attributable to a third party;
– unavailability of a service;
– price changes by a partner;
– changes in availability;
– refusal of a booking by a partner;
– misuse of accommodation;
– non-compliance with house rules;
– fault or misconduct by the client or occupants;
– force majeure;
– unforeseeable and unavoidable acts of a third party;
– non-performance or defective performance of a service falling within the responsibility of a partner or external service provider.
For trips, stays, cruises, package travel, or tourism services operated by an Atout France-registered partner, the applicable liability is that of the partner concerned, in accordance with its own contractual terms and the applicable legal provisions.
22. Insurance
JB VOYAGE is insured for its declared tourism-related professional activities with Hiscox SA, under a professional insurance policy including, in particular, professional liability coverage adapted to the declared tourism activities.
This insurance covers the declared activities of JB VOYAGE within the limits, terms, conditions, caps, deductibles, and exclusions set out in the insurance policy taken out.
Atout France-registered tourism partners hold their own financial guarantees and professional liability insurance in accordance with the obligations applicable to them.
Before making any booking, the client is invited to check whether they have sufficient personal insurance coverage, particularly in relation to cancellation, assistance, repatriation, health, luggage, liability, or damage caused during a stay.
Travel insurance, cancellation insurance, or assistance insurance may be offered by the competent partner, depending on the file, the service concerned, and the applicable conditions.
23. Documents, Formalities, and Personal Information
For certain travel, cruise, stay, or booking projects, documents or information may be required, including:
– identity document;
– passport;
– date of birth;
– nationality;
– full contact details;
– traveler information;
– payment information;
– specific supporting documents;
– information relating to special requirements.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Any error, omission, or late transmission of information may result in the impossibility of making a booking, a change in price, additional fees, or cancellation of the file in accordance with the conditions of the partner concerned.
The client is also responsible for complying with the administrative, health, customs, immigration, and regulatory formalities applicable to their trip, unless specific support is provided by the competent partner.
24. Complaints
Any complaint relating to accommodation or a service directly managed by JB VOYAGE must be sent in writing to:

The complaint must specify:
– the client’s identity;
– the booking reference, where applicable;
– the relevant dates;
– the precise subject of the complaint;
– any useful supporting documents.
For services operated by a tourism partner, external platform, company, insurer, or third-party provider, the complaint must be addressed to the contractually responsible professional in accordance with its own procedures.
Where appropriate, JB VOYAGE may assist the client in transmitting or following up their complaint, without replacing the responsible partner.
25. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, a consumer client may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved amicably with JB VOYAGE.
Before referring the matter to a consumer mediator, the client must first submit a written complaint to JB VOYAGE, by email or by mail, using the following contact details:

JB VOYAGE informs its consumer clients that it is currently in the process of appointing a competent consumer mediator, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code. The mediator’s contact details will be published on the website once the membership process has been finalized.
Pending such appointment, JB VOYAGE undertakes to handle any written complaint diligently, in good faith, and transparently, with a view to seeking an amicable solution with the consumer client.
This clause will be updated as soon as the competent consumer mediator has been officially appointed by JB VOYAGE.
26. Personal Data
Personal data collected by JB VOYAGE is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, known as the GDPR, and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Such data may be used in particular to:

– manage bookings;

27. Intellectual Property
The website, texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, content, photographs, presentations, documents, graphic elements, and communication materials of JB VOYAGE are protected by the rules applicable to intellectual property.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of JB VOYAGE is prohibited.
The trademarks, logos, trade names, or content belonging to partners remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
28. Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable for any delay or non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure within the meaning of French law.
The following may, depending on the circumstances, constitute cases of force majeure:
– natural disaster;
– cyclone;
– fire;
– epidemic;
– pandemic;
– strike external to JB VOYAGE;
– administrative decision;
– border closure;
– major weather event;
– war;
– civil unrest;
– general network outage;
– impossibility of access beyond the control of JB VOYAGE.
The prevented party shall inform the other party as soon as possible.
29. Amendments to the General Terms
JB VOYAGE reserves the right to amend these General Terms at any time in order to adapt them, in particular, to:
– changes in its services;
– changes to the website;
– changes in its partners;
– changes in regulations;
– changes in its booking tools;
– changes in its business model.
The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the booking, request, or validation of the service concerned.
30. Partial Invalidity
If any clause of these General Terms is declared invalid, unenforceable, or deemed unwritten, the remaining clauses shall retain their full force and effect.
The parties shall then endeavor to replace the clause concerned with a legally valid and economically equivalent provision.
31. Applicable Law
These General Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
