TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern all services provided by JB VOYAGE – SASU, including tourism concierge services, short-term accommodation rentals, as well as travel planning and travel referral services within the tourism sector.

By accessing or using the website https://www.jbvoyage.com and booking any service, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

JB VOYAGE – SASU is a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Fort-de-France Trade and Companies Register under number 924 945 025, with its registered office located at Eudorçait impasse Man Dodo, 97230 Sainte-Marie, Martinique.

The company provides tourism concierge services, short-term accommodation management, as well as travel planning and travel referral services within the tourism industry.

The President of the company is Mr. Jérémi BECKOUET.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the terms under which JB VOYAGE provides:

tourism concierge services
short-term accommodation booking and rental services
travel planning assistance
travel referral services within the tourism industry

3. Travel Planning and Travel Referral Activities

As part of its business activities, JB VOYAGE may act as a travel planner and travel referral partner within the tourism sector.

In this capacity, JB VOYAGE offers personalized assistance in designing and organizing travel projects, including trips, tours, cruises, activities, and travel experiences.

Within this framework:

JB VOYAGE does not directly organize or operate travel services
JB VOYAGE does not collect or process payments from travelers for tourism services
all bookings and payments are made directly with professional tourism partners

These partners may include:

travel agencies
tour operators
or tourism professionals registered with the Register of Travel and Holiday Operators maintained by Atout France

Contracts relating to tourism services are concluded directly between the client and the relevant service provider.

JB VOYAGE acts solely:

as an intermediary facilitating introductions, and/or
as an advisor assisting clients in the design of their travel projects

Accordingly, JB VOYAGE cannot be held liable for the execution, performance, or quality of tourism services provided by partner organizations.

4. Accommodation Reservations

4.1 Reservation Procedure

Accommodation reservations may be made:

directly through the website
via partner platforms
or through direct contact with JB VOYAGE.

A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Payment

Payment may be made using:

credit or debit card
bank transfer
or any other payment method available on the website.

Depending on the booking arrangement, payments may be processed:

by JB VOYAGE
by a partner platform
or directly by the property owner.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are those specified at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, any applicable fees will be indicated during the booking process.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In

Check-in is available starting at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out must take place no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Any special arrangements must be approved in advance by JB VOYAGE.

8. Property Occupancy

The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation.

Any additional guests require prior approval.

Guests agree to respect:

the peace and quiet of the neighborhood
general standards of conduct
the house rules of the property.

Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless prior authorization has been granted.

9. Use of the Property

Guests agree to:

use the property responsibly and respectfully
maintain the equipment and facilities provided
report any damage or malfunction immediately.

Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

10. Included Services

Unless otherwise specified, the following services may be included:

bed linens and towels
internet access
housekeeping services
assistance during the stay.

11. Liability

JB VOYAGE undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the properties and services offered.

However, JB VOYAGE shall not be held liable in cases involving:

force majeure
actions attributable to third parties
improper use of the property by guests.

With regard to tourism services provided through partner organizations, responsibility lies solely with the relevant service provider.

12. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with bookings and customer relations is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
